Activity Guideline of the Japan Welding Material Association |
The Japan Welding Material Association recognizes it of course to comply
with anti-trust laws when carrying out its activities as well as those
of all member organizations. In order to attest that this recognition contributes
to healthy activities of this association, activity guideline was laid
out for such as various kinds of committees.
In addition, the Japan Welding Material Association declares that following
statement was laid out for activity guideline of this association.
Statement
The Japan Welding Material Association was established on September 12th,
1973 with the aim of promoting the healthy development of those involved
in welding materials and its related businesses.
The Japan Welding Material Association has set up various kinds of committees
to accomplish its project task. Each committee jointly investigates, researches
and deliberates the findings in conjunction with the various tasks and
suggestions at hand.
The association believes that its activities are key and necessary not
only to the development of those involved in the welding materials industry
on a domestic level in Japan but also those involved on a global scale
and the association recognizes that its activities is increasingly becoming
more significant and relevant.
That said, the Japan Welding Material Association as a business entity
should also have a personality of its own.
As a member of society, the association should act fairly with responsibility and common sense in carrying out its activities.
The Japan Welding Material Association hereby declares that its activities
as well as those of member organizations are legitimate and in compliance
with anti-trust laws which prohibit monopolization and which ensure fair
trade not only in Japan but also in other relevant countries.
